Thank you for joining us for the Compass Club of Colorado Connect on Wednesday, January 28. We truly appreciated your time, curiosity, and thoughtful engagement as we introduced this new and flexible pathway into Rotary.
While we unfortunately weren’t able to record the session, we’re excited to share some resources so you can revisit — or explore — the conversation at your own pace.
About Us
The Compass Club of Colorado is a District-led innovative initiative and a flexible, learning-focused satellite club created for anyone curious about Rotary. Designed for people who want to explore Rotary without the structure of a traditional club. It offers a low-cost, modern way to explore service, leadership, and connection without the structure of a traditional club. Members connect through monthly virtual meetings, gain access to service opportunities, and are supported as they discover where and how they want to engage. Compass Club members are full Rotarians, with access to district resources and experiences.

A message from David Willman, Compass Club Chair
The Compass Club was created for people who are curious about Rotary — whether you’re brand new, returning after time away, or simply looking for a more flexible way to engage. This club is about exploration, connection, and helping you find your own path within Rotary.
We’re currently seeking eight founding members to officially charter the Compass Club of Colorado with Rotary International. If what you heard resonates with you, I encourage you to take the next step and submit the membership application. You don’t need to have it all figured out — that’s exactly what the Compass Club is here to help you do.
To officially join the Compass Club of Colorado, please complete the membership application.
