Roles:
Trick-or-Treat Street Participation: If you live along the route (Stout Street from 24th to 27th/28th Streets), you can volunteer your house to be an official candy-distribution stop.
Park Party Support: Assist with setting up decorations at the Stout Street Children's Park, running the Halloween games, managing holiday refreshments, or cleaning up after the party concludes.
Contest & Parade Logistics: Help coordinate the costume parade or assist during the Pet Costume Contest.
