Denver Metro South Rotary proudly partnered with the Englewood Rotary Club to host the 4th Annual Englewood High School Football Team Holiday Banquet — a meaningful evening dedicated to celebrating the hard work, perseverance, and achievements of Englewood High School student-athletes, coaches, and families.

For many students in the Englewood community, opportunities like this banquet are especially meaningful. More than 70% of Englewood High School students rely on food assistance, and without the support of community partners and volunteers, many players would not have the opportunity to experience an end-of-season celebration honoring their commitment and accomplishments.

Rotary members, volunteers, and supporters came together to create a warm and welcoming environment filled with food, fellowship, encouragement, and recognition. Players and coaches gathered alongside family members and community supporters to reflect on the season, celebrate milestones, and recognize the teamwork and resilience demonstrated throughout the year.

More than simply serving a meal, this annual banquet reflects Rotary’s commitment to youth development, community connection, and service above self. The evening provided an opportunity for student-athletes to feel seen, supported, and celebrated for their dedication both on and off the field.
