We prepared a homemade dinner of lasagna, salad, and brownies at Ronald McDonald House, supporting families of patients with comfort, care, and community.

❤️ Serving Love, One Meal at a Time at Ronald McDonald House ❤️

On August 24, members of the Denver Metro South Rotary Club gathered at the Ronald McDonald House to serve families facing some of life’s most difficult moments. Our mission for the day was simple but meaningful: to provide comfort through a homemade meal filled with care, compassion, and community.

🍝 A Meal Made with Love

Our team worked together to prepare a warm, hearty dinner:

Lasagna layered with love and comfort 🍲

Fresh salad made with crisp, healthy ingredients 🥗

Brownies baked to add a sweet touch to the evening 🍫

While the dishes were simple, the smiles and gratitude from families reminded us that even small acts of kindness can make a big impact.

🏠 Supporting Families, Sharing Hope

The Ronald McDonald House provides a home away from home for families whose children are receiving medical care. By preparing a meal, we were able to give them one less thing to worry about and a chance to sit, relax, and share time together.

This project aligns perfectly with Rotary’s values — creating stronger communities through service and showing up where we are needed most.

💛 Service Above Self in Action

We are grateful to every member who contributed their time, ingredients, and energy to make this project a success. These moments of fellowship and teamwork are what make our club stronger and deepen our impact in the community.

As People of Action, we continue to look for opportunities to serve, connect, and uplift those around us.
