Some of life's best conversations happen around a dinner table.

Join the Rotary Club of Denver Metro South for one of our most cherished traditions of the year—our Annual Holiday Heritage Potluck, an evening dedicated to celebrating the cultures, traditions, memories, and friendships that make our club such a special place to belong.

This year's gathering will be even more meaningful as we welcome District Governor Cindy Chase for her official visit to Denver Metro South. Cindy will join us for the evening and share a special presentation, making this not only a celebration of our club family, but also an opportunity to connect with the leadership and vision of Rotary District 5450.

We invite each member to bring a favorite family recipe or a dish that represents their heritage, culture, or a tradition close to their heart. Whether it's a treasured recipe passed down through generations or simply the meal that always brings your loved ones together, every dish has a story—and we'd love to hear yours.

This evening isn't centered around any one holiday. Instead, it's a celebration of the many traditions that make each of us unique while reminding us how much we all have in common. Whatever this season means to you, you are warmly welcomed at our table.

Hosted by Brianna Sherman, this relaxed evening is an opportunity to slow down, enjoy incredible food from around the world, learn about one another's backgrounds, deepen friendships, and spend time with fellow Rotarians—including District Governor Cindy Chase—as we celebrate everything that makes Denver Metro South more than just a Rotary club... it makes us a family.

Introducing a New Denver Metro South Tradition

This year we'd love to begin something we hope becomes a cherished part of our club for years to come.

Along with your favorite dish, we invite you to bring a recipe card and, if you'd like, include a few sentences about the story behind it.

• Is it a family recipe that's been passed down through generations?
• Does it remind you of a special holiday or someone you love?
• Does it represent your culture, your heritage, or simply the meal that always brings your family together?

Every recipe tells a story, and every story helps us know one another a little better.

Following the event, we'll gather everyone's recipes and memories into the inaugural edition of Around the Rotary Table—

A Collection of Recipes, Traditions & Stories from the Rotary Club of Denver Metro South.

Our hope is that this becomes much more than a cookbook. We hope it becomes a living collection of our club's history—a keepsake that grows each year as new members add their traditions, friendships deepen, and our Rotary family continues to expand.

Years from now, we hope members will flip through its pages and remember not only the wonderful meals we shared, but the people, laughter, and stories that brought us together.

Because that's what Rotary is all about.
